Join us for a whole-body experience perfect for the entire family! World Hoop Day on October 5th, 2024, at Greenway Park in Holts Summit, MO, offers fun and fitness for all ages and body types. 2pm-8pm. Family-friendly FREE event.

The event starts with an opening ceremony and a showcase of local hoop artists, followed by a series of 30-minute hooping workshops suitable for beginners to advanced participants. This event is indoors and outdoors- rain or shine.

Kids can enjoy a separate play and learning area from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The evening following the World Hoop Day celebration portion at 6pm features an open drum circle, fire flow arts, and a DJ-led LED props jam session. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate!

The MO Movement & Music convention, hosted by Nicole Raye and MO Movement & Music LLC, is set for June 2nd, 2024, at the Capital Bluffs Event Center in Jefferson City, Missouri.
